Mr.Mahbubul Alam is the Chairman of Diamond Life Insurance Company Ltd. He is the President of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Vice Chairman of Confederation of Eastern Chambers of Commerce & Industries, West Bengal, India and Asia Insurance Ltd, Bangladesh.

Mr. Alam is the Chairman of Crown Steel Ltd., Surgescope Hospital Ltd., M. Alam Gas Station, Anowara Alam Foundation. He is also Director of City Marine Medical College and Proprietor of M. Alam Group.

He started his business in various sectors after obtaining graduation degree on subject of Sociology from the University of Chittagong and now he has a reputation in the broad and abroad as an established businessman.

He is also involved in different socio cultural activities at home.

Riad Mahmud

Mr.Riad Mahmud is the Vice-Chairman of the Company.

He holds MBA degree on Finance from Melbourne University of Australia. He Completed B.Sc Chem.Engr from University of Taxas at Austin. He is Managing Director of National Polymer industries Ltd., Shoeniverse Footwear Ltd., Gasko Industrial Services Company.  He has a reputation in the broad and abroad as an established businessman.

He is also involved with faculty of School of Business, North South University. He is Honorary Consul of Georgia. Besides, He is involved in different socio cultural activities at home.

Md Ishaque Ali Khan Panna

Founder Chairman

Mr.Md Ishaque Ali Khan Panna is the Founder Chairman of the Company. He was the first to take the initiative to form this company with the idea of ​​providing insurance services to the poor people of the country. He holds Post Graduate degree on Library and Information Science from Dhaka University.

He is the Chairman of MANZ-FI Paper Mills Limited, also Co-Chairman of NPI University of Bangladesh. He is member of Executive Committee, Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA). He is Proprietor of M/S. Khan International & Khan Builders. He is Member of FBCCI.  

He is also involved in different socio cultural activities at home.

Shahab Uddin Khan

Director

Mr.Shahab Uddin Khan is the E.C Chairman of the Company. He Completed BSC (Hons) From Dhaka and Business Diploma, Manchester City.

He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Zeeshan Group of Companies since 1992.

Mr. Khan is the President of Bangladesh Indenting Agents Association (BIAA) and Gulshan Club Ltd.

Currently, Senior Vice President of Bangladesh Ink Manufacturers & Exporters Association and Advisor of Bangladesh Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is also involved in different socio cultural activities at home.

Prof. Dr. Sabita Rezwana Rahman

Director

Prof. Dr. Sabita Rezwana Rahman is the Director of the Company. She is Currently serving as a Professor of the Department of Microbiology, University of Dhaka. She has earned her PhD degree in immunology from UK in 2002.

Dr. Rahman is also involved in Various Philanthropic & Socio Cultural activities.

Imtiaz Mohammed

Mr.Imtiaz Mohammed is the Director of the Company.

He holds Graduate degree on Business Management from University of Toronto. He is Director of Hotel Orchard Plaza Ltd and Saudi Bangladesh Services Company Medical Checkup Ltd.

Danny Chowdhury

Director

Mrs.Danny Chowdhury is the Director of the Company. She holds Post Graduation on Bangla from University of Chittagong.

She is also involved in different socio cultural activities at home.

Mahanur Ummel Ara

Mrs. Mahanur Ummel Ara is the Director of the Company.

She holds Post Graduation from Barura Shohid Sriti Degree College. She is a Director of Shepherd World Trade Limited.

Mr.Jamal Uddin Ahmed Chowdhury is the Director of the Company.

He holds Post Graduation on Marketing from Chittagong University. He is also Director of Sabir Traders Ltd (STL), Everest Port Services Ltd, Apon Import Centre Ltd. Proprietor of M/S. NJ Environtech. Managing Director of Siena Industries Ltd.  

Faruk Ahmed

Mr.Faruk Ahmed is the Director of the Company. He holds Post Graduation from Dhaka University. He is Managing Director of Earth Footwear Ltd and Inter fashion Leather & Footwear Industries Ltd.

He is also involved in different socio cultural activities at home.

Shahida Newaz

Mrs. Shahida Newaz is the Director of the Company. She holds SSC from Feni Govt. Balika Biddalaya.

Ifat Akter Alin

Mrs. Ifat Akter Alin is the Director of the Company. She holds Honors degree from Feni College. She is Proprietor of M/S. Ifat Enterprise & SA Electronics.
